For over two decades, I've had the privilege of caring for people through chiropractic. Over that time I've developed a thoughtful, individualized approach to caring for each person I see. I work with people of all ages, helping them move better, feel better, and live their lives with greater ease.My practice includes men, women, and families from all walks of life.
Outside the office, I created Healthy Made Easy as a way to support women with simple practical steps when life feels overwhelming. My interest in chiropractic began while working at the front desk of a chiropractic office during university. I watched people from all walks of life come in with their own concerns and leave feeling better, moving more freely, and living more fully. That experience was formative and continues to shape the way I care for my patients today.I take time to listen and understand each person's story, recognizing that health is not the one-size-fits-all. My goal is to support the body's natural ability to function well, while helping you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.My work is grounded in the belief that real health is not just physical, but connected to how we live, think, and care for ourselves each day.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences), and I am a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

What Other's Have Said....
Dr. Heather has been a tremendous blessing to our family! I initially went to see her for my newborn, who had been struggling with irregular bowel movements. After just two visits, my baby began going 1-2 times a day -- what a relief!
~ Alyssa
Dr. Heather gives a good adjustment and is very easy to work with. The whole experience is very pleasant.

Choosing chiropractic care should feel simple, not overwhelming. Here are answers to the most common questions I hear in practice.
Q: Do you take insurance?
No, I don’t bill insurance directly. This keeps visits affordable and avoids delays or surprise bills. Some patients may submit a receipt (superbill) for possible out-of-network reimbursement.Q: How much does it cost?
Adjustment: $55
New Patient Exam (includes first adjustment when appropriate): $85
(all fees are paid at time of service)Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Venmo.Q: What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first appointment takes about 20–30 minutes. We’ll review your health history, talk about your goals, and do an initial adjustment if appropriate.Q: Do adjustments hurt?
Most patients feel relief, not pain. Adjustments are gentle, safe, and tailored to your comfort level.Q: Can kids or pregnant women get adjusted?
Yes. I have advanced training in family and pediatric chiropractic care. Techniques are always gentle and appropriate for each stage of life.Q: How often should I come in?
That depends on your goals. Some people come as needed, others choose regular wellness visits. I’ll make recommendations, but the decision is always yours.Q: Do I need a referral?
No referral is required—you can book directly anytime.Q: How do I book an appointment?
